Garden ~ Produce for sale

The garden has been started. The garlic is already tall and strong looking. This year we are focusing on more heirloom variety and have only a few hybrids. Hopefully we will be able to do quite a bit of seed saving at the end of the season. Some seeds such as the beans, peas, peppers are already our own seeds from last years garden. We primarily use Fedco ( http://www.fedcoseeds.com/ ) seeds since most of them are from Maine.

CSA

I keep toying with the idea of doing CSA (Community-Supported Agriculture), but I would only be able to take on a small number of customers and do it monthly. Each week, for your paid month you could pick up your package at the farm or at a central delivery place. If anyone would be interested in a one-month CSA program, please contact me.
